Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On April 17, 2006 the Company entered into a six (6) month consulting agreement with Karin Tobiason for the purpose of receiving strategic public relations planning and implementation services. The agreement calls for the Company to pay Ms. Tobiason $5,000.00 per month. After the six months are completed, the Company and Ms. Tobiason will conduct “a formal review and evaluation of the completed projects and future marketing and public relations objectives”. The contract may be terminated immediately by either party upon a material breach of the agreement or any time by giving 30 days written notice.
