On April 14, 2020, PNM Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2020 Annual Meeting”) will be held solely by remote communication virtually, via the Internet, with no physical, in person meeting due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Additional information regarding the 2020 Annual Meeting is included in the press release. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference to this Item 8.01.
