Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 4, 2005, Design Within Reach, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended July 2, 2005. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On August 4, 2005, the Company announced via conference call its financial results for the quarter ended July 2, 2005. A copy of the transcript of the Company’s conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
