On February 1, 2011, Central Valley Community Bancorp issued a press release containing unaudited financial information and accompanying discussion for the three months and year ended December 31, 2010. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
