Bryan Hyzdu, Senior Vice President San Joaquin Region, notified Central Valley Community Bank (the Bank), the sole subsidiary of Central Valley Community Bancorp on February 22, 2011, of his decision to resign from the Bank, effective as of February 22, 2011.
