Item 5.02
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On August 15, 2007, Alec Stone resigned as Chairman and director of FullCircle Registry, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. Mr. Stone’s resignation does not involve any disagreement with the Company, the management or the Board of Directors. The management is currently in the process of identifying candidates to serve on its Board of Directors.
Mr. Stone will continue to assist the Company with the procurement of new clients. He is a licensed insurance agent and will write new business for the Company during his continued involvement. Mr. Stone has agreed to provide services to, and consult with, the Company in the area of estate planning.
