Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 6, 2007, the Board of Directors of FullCircle Registry, Inc. (the“Company”) appointed Norman L. Frohreich to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Mr. Frohreich is President of Norlander Information Services, Inc. and operates his own consulting firm providing services to the business community. Mr. Frohreich has participated in start-up or turn-around assignments with many companies in the past 35 years. Mr. Frohreich holds a degree in Economics from Purdue University with emphasis in financial management.
Trent Oakley, who formerly served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will continue with the Company in the position of Executive Vice President.
