Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Mr. Edmund C. Moy has agreed to become the Company’s Vice President – Corporate Infrastructure. He will report to the L&L Seattle office on January 10, 2011. On December 21, 2010 the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Moy joining the company.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Additionally, Ms. Connie Wong has recently left the Company as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development.
