On May 22, 2007, Cooper Industries, Ltd. ("Cooper") announced that it is increasing earnings per share guidance for the second quarter 2007, raising earnings per share (diluted) to $.76 to $.78, above previous guidance of $.72 to $.76. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
