On June 18, 2007, Cooper Industries, Ltd. ("Cooper") announced that its subsidiary, Cooper US, Inc. a Delaware corporation, completed the issuance of its $300 million 6.10% Senior Notes due 2017. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
