On September 19, 2019, Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (“Nexstar”), a Delaware corporation, completed its previously announced acquisition of Tribune Media Company, a Delaware corporation (“Tribune”), pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of November 30, 2018 (the “Merger”).
In connection with the completion of the Merger, Nexstar will hold a conference call and simultaneous presentation to investors at 10:00 a.m. EST on September 20, 2019. The investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
