Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
MRU Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) will be making presentations to investors about the Company’s business at investor conferences on September 5th and 6th in New York City at the Kaufman Brothers Tenth Annual Investor Conference and the Roth Capital Partners 2007 New York Conference, respectively. A press release announcing the investor presentations was previously issued and attached as an exhibit to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 29, 2007. A copy of the investor slide presentation to be used in the investor presentations is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
