Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 2, 2009, the registrant issued a press release announcing that the US Food & Drug Administration has cleared the registrant’s Investigational New Drug application to initiate a Phase I clinical trial for the treatment of critical limb ischemia using its PLX-PAD product.
