On September 30, 2014, PPL Corporation and PPL Energy Supply, LLC ("PPL Energy Supply") issued a press release announcing that on September 26, 2014 the Montana Public Service Commission issued its final order approving PPL Energy Supply's September 26, 2013 agreement with NorthWestern Corporation ("NorthWestern") to sell to NorthWestern 11 of PPL Energy Supply's hydro-electric generating facilities located in Montana.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
