RigNet, Inc. (the “Company”) has adopted a new form of performance unit award agreement (“Performance Award Agreement”) under the terms of the Company’s 2010 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended. The forms of the Performance Award Agreement is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
