On March 27, 2017, the Board of Directors of RigNet, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a special cash retention bonus payable to Charles Schneider, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, equal to one (1) times Mr. Schneider’s current base salary. The award will be paid in two equal installments of $162,500 on March 31, 2018 and March 31, 2019, assuming Mr. Schneider’s continued employment with the Company on the applicable payment date.
