Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 8, 2009, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $130,000 on 12,000 shares of Preferred Stock, Series A, and $11,700 on 600 shares of Preferred Stock, Series B, to the U.S. Department of the Treasury payable on May 15, 2009, under its Capital Purchase Program.
