Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 29, 2009, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of five cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $151,520.90. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of July 31, 2009, payable on August 14, 2009.
