In a Current Report on Form 8-K dated March 6, 2015, and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 12, 2015, it was reported that Alice Neuhauser was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective March 6, 2015. On that date, Ms. Neuhauser’s salary for serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Company was set at $90,000 per annum.
