Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 30, 2006, Commercial Capital Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), (NASDAQ: “CCBI”), announced by press release that Commercial Capital Bank (the “Bank”), the Company’s bank subsidiary, has entered into a lease agreement to open a banking office in Pasadena, California.
