Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 9, 2006, Commercial Capital Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), (NASDAQ: “CCBI”), announced by press release that TIMCOR Exchange Corporation, one of the Company’s 1031 exchange accommodator subsidiaries, has hired Ms. Ann S. Cottrell as Regional Sales Manager for Virginia and the surrounding markets. Additionally, TIMCOR has hired Mr. Derek V. Longshore as Director of Marketing and Business Development.
