On February 15, 2006, Commercial Capital Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced by press release that the stockholders of Calnet Business Bank, NA approved the plan of merger and acquisition by the Company. The close of the acquisition is subject to the approval of the Office of Thrift Supervision.
