On December 13, 2005, Stephen A. McLaughlin was appointed President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. McLaughlin is involved in the operation of several Maine-based real estate consulting and timber companies, including Stillwater Land & Lumber Limited and Stillwater Associates. He was also a founding director of Citizens Community Bank of Florida and of Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. and served as a director until both were acquired by F.N.B. Corporation in April 2001. From 1996 to 1998, he served as that bank’s Vice-President for Administration. Mr. McLaughlin graduated from the University of Maine in 1968 with an engineering degree.
