1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive, upon vesting, one share of common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share, of Frank's International N.V. as annual compensation to the non-employee members of the Board of Supervisory Directors.

2. On May 20, 2016, the reporting person was granted 10,060 RSUs that will vest in full on May 1, 2017.

3. Also consists of 9,265 RSUs that will vest in full on August 3, 2016.
