On April 25, 2013, the Company also issued a press release regarding the investor presentation (the “Investor Presentation Press Release”) and a press release that included a letter to stockholders from Richard S. Hill, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman (the “Stockholder Letter Press Release”). The Investor Presentation Press Release and the Stockholder Letter Press Release are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.2 and 99.3, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
