Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 13, 2006, the Company announced that Gary Miller has joined its subsidiary, Direct Methanol Fuel Cell Corporation as Vice President Business Development Japan. Mr. Miller worked for several years in business development for Tokai Bussan Company, a Japanese electronics trading company and has extensive experience working closely with companies headquartered in Japan. Mr. Miller graduated from the University of California at Irvine in 1984 with a BA in Economics and received an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1987.
