On March 27, 2006, the Company announced that it will be presenting at the Dutton Associates’ "Recognizing Opportunity" SmallCap Conference being held in San Francisco, CA on Tuesday, March 28, 2006. Dr. Carl Kukkonen, Chief Executive Officer of VIASPACE Inc., will provide an update on business activities and recent developments.
