Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2007, the Company filed a Form 8-K and announced financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. Exhibit 99.1 to the Form 8-K filed on May 15, 2007 included financial results reported on a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis and a non-GAAP basis.
The Company is amending this Form 8-K to remove all references to non-GAAP measures and to include only references to GAAP measures. A revised Exhibit 99.1 is attached to this Form 8-K/A and is incorporated herein by reference.
