2018 Salary Increases and Bonus Plan for Named Executive Officers
On January 17, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Compensation Committee”) of Intersect ENT, Inc. (the “Company”) approved annual salaries and target bonus percentages for 2018 for the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, each a “Named Executive Officer” (as defined under applicable securities laws). The 2018 compensation information for such executive officers is set forth on Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K, which is incorporated herein by reference.
