Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 14, 2006, Fieldstone Investment Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fourth-quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2005. On April 17, 2006, the Company held its fourth-quarter and year-end 2005 earnings results conference call. The full text of the press release and the transcript of the conference call are furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
