The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of root9B Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 24, 2016 (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted on the matters set forth below:
(1) The stockholders elected the following eight nominees to the Board of Directors, each to serve until the next annual meeting and until their successors have been elected and qualified. The voting results for each nominee were as follows:
