ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On July 1, 2015, the Board of Directors of Cellectar Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) elected Paul Berns as Chairman of the Board, replacing Dr. Stephen Hill, who had served in that role since September 2007. Additionally, the Board of Directors elected Dr. Stefan Loren as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee, replacing Paul Berns in both of those roles.
