ITEM 3.01 NOTICE OF DELISTING OR FAILURE TO SATISFY A CONTINUED LISTING RULE OR STANDARD; TRANSFER OF LISTING
On August 14, 2015, Cellectar Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from Nasdaq which indicated that under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), the Company is required to maintain a minimum of $2,500,000 in stockholders’ equity for continued listing. In the Company’s Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2015, we reported stockholders’ equity was $2,373,371.
The Company has until September 28, 2015 to submit a plan to Nasdaq to regain compliance, which it intends to provide.
