XERIUM TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND
WESTBOROUGH, Mass.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—November 14, 2005—Xerium Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: XRM), a leading global manufacturer of clothing and roll covers used primarily in the paper production process, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.225 per share of common stock payable on December 15, 2005 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 2, 2005.
