On April 9, 2007, Dutton Associates, an investment research firm, published an independent research report (the “Report”) on Index Oil and Gas Inc. (the “Company”) and initiated coverage of the Company. A copy of the Report is annexed hereto as 99.1. In accordance with Regulation FD, this current report is being furnished to publicly disclose all information that was provided in the April 9, 2007, Report.
