Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 11, 2007, Index Oil and Gas Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing a summary for its oil and gas operations (the “Operations”) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007, and an outlook on the Company’s Operations for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
