EXPLANATORY NOTE
On November 3, 2015, Spōk Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original Report”). Due to a error, an incorrect version of selected slides in Exhibit 99.1 was filed with the Original Report. This Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is being filed solely to correct the version of Exhibit 99.1 included under part (d) of Item 9.01. The Amendment corrects slides 8, 24 and 25 of the Original Report. All other disclosures and exhibits of the Original Report remain unchanged.
