The company withheld shares from the Reporting Person to cover taxes as follows: 2,162 shares withheld relating to the vesting of 4,768 shares granted on December 8, 2015; 1,307 shares withheld relating to the vesting of 2,882 shares granted on November 21, 2016; and 737 shares withheld relating to the vesting of 1,626 shares granted on November 8, 2017.
