São Paulo, October 25, 2023 - GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (B3: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL) (“GOL” or “Company”), announces to its shareholders and the market in general that the 2023 Annual Calendar of Corporate Events has been restated on this date, to reflect the postponement of the presentation of its revised interim accounting information, contained in the Quarterly Information Form – ITR, relating to the third quarter of 2023 to November 6, 2023, due to the accounting evaluation of transactions that occurred close to the end of the quarter and required additional time for the conclusion of review from the independent auditors.
The updated 2023 Annual Calendar of Corporate Events is available for consultation on the CVM website (www.cvm.gov.br), B3 (www.b3.com.br) and on the Company's own investor relations website (www.voegol.com.br/ri).
