Explanation of Responses:

1. The Series OO 3.46% Senior Notes due October 29, 2024 matured on October 29, 2024, on which date the Issuer repaid the original principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest, which is exempt from Section 16 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act") pursuant to Rule 16a-9 thereunder.

2. As part of a reinsurance transaction, on June 28, 2024, the Reporting Person transferred its investment in the Series SS 4.67% Senior Notes due August 2, 2034 to an affiliate for market value.
