Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 26, 2024, Parks! America, Inc. issued a news release (the “News Release”) celebrating the remarkable recovery of its Wild Animal Safari® Pine Mountain Park, on the one-year anniversary of the tornado that wreaked havoc on the grounds of this beloved facility. Additional details of this story of resilience, perseverance and outstanding team and community efforts are included in the News Release.
