Resignation of Vice Chairman and Election of New Vice Chairman Effective October 22, 2010
At the August 26, 2010 regular meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of BofI Holding, Inc., and its subsidiary Bank of Internet USA (together, the “Company”), Mr. Jerry F. Englert announced his resignation as Vice Chairman of the Board effective October 22, 2010. Mr. Englert will remain a director of the Company. At the same regular meeting, the Board elected Mr. Nicholas A. Mosich as Vice Chairman of the Board effective October 22, 2010.
