On July 2, 2019, Bennet Van de Bunt resigned from the Board of Directors of Houlihan Lokey, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of such date. Mr. Van de Bunt stated that he was resigning solely for personal reasons and that there were no disagreements with the Company or its management.
