On 29 March 2022 the independent Trustee of the British American Tobacco Group Employee Trust released the following number of British American Tobacco p.l.c. 25p ordinary shares (the “Shares”) granted to the following person discharging managerial responsibilities under the 2019 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme (“2019 Award”).
