Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On September 2, 2010, we executed an amendment to our existing Credit Agreement with HSH Nordbank AG, New York Branch, originally entered into on June 30, 2006, to extend the maturity date of the Credit Agreement from August 31, 2010 to September 30, 2010. The other terms of the Credit Agreement remain in full force and effect. As of September 2, 2010 the outstanding principal amount of our obligations under the Credit Agreement was $15,945,951.
