Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
We are party to a promissory note dated November 13, 2007 (the “Promissory Note”) in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A. On October 22, 2010, we amended the Promissory Note to extend the maturity date from November 13, 2010 to February 13, 2011. All other terms of the Promissory Note remain in full force and effect. As of September 30, 2010 the outstanding principal amount of our obligations under the Promissory Note was $15,860,000.
