ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On November 14, 2005, Coley Pharmaceutical Group, Inc. (“Coley”) issued a press release announcing the results of its Phase Ia and Ib clinical studies of Actilon™ (CPG 10101), Coley’s lead investigational TLR Therapeutic™ for Hepatitis C virus (HCV), and the presentation of the data at the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) meeting in San Francisco, California on November 14, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
