ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On February 23, 2006, Coley Pharmaceutical Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference. On February 23, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing the initiation of a randomized Phase II clinical study of ActilonTM (CPG 10101) for the treatment of patients with chronic Hepatitis C infection.
