Effective June 16, 2010, Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. (the "Company") has appointed Alexis P. Zoullas as President of Eagle Shipping International (USA) LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company that provides commercial and strategic management to its fleet ("Eagle Shipping International"). Mr. Alexis P. Zoullas previously served as Vice-President of Eagle Shipping International and replaces Mr. Sophocles N. Zoullas as President. Mr. Sophocles N. Zoullas remains Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Company.
