Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 14, 2009, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (“Bank”) sent a notice to its members announcing a member conference call on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 1:00 PM Central Time. The conference call was reported in the Bank’s Current Report on Form 8-K dated May 14, 2009.
On May 21, 2009, the Bank sent information to conference call participants concerning the Bank’s recent financial performance to be discussed during the conference call. This information is attached as exhibit 99.1 to this report.
